These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made through the Calevente website. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms without reservation.

Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, slight variations may occur.

3. Prices

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Calevente reserves the right to change prices at any time. The applicable price will be the one shown at the time of order confirmation.

4. Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Calevente reserves the right to accept or decline any order. You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase has been successfully completed.

5. Payment

Payments are securely processed through certified third-party providers. We do not store credit card details. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.

6. Delivery

Processing time: Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation.
Delivery time:
- European Union & Switzerland: 8–10 working days
- United Kingdom: 6–10 working days
- South Africa: 8–12 working days
Shipping cost: Free for orders over €30.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details.

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

In accordance with European consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery without providing any reason.

To exercise this right, you must contact us at contact@calevente.com. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.

8. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected. Additional processing time may apply depending on your payment provider.

9. Legal Warranty

Consumers benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and protection against hidden defects, in accordance with applicable French and European laws.

10. Liability

Calevente shall not be held liable for indirect damages or losses resulting from the use of our products, except where liability is required by law.

11. Force Majeure

Calevente is not responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or technical failures.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of France. In the event of a dispute, customers are encouraged to seek an amicable resolution before referring the matter to the competent French courts.
